Terms of trade

These terms apply to quotations and orders placed with Vorlix Tools Co., Ltd. unless a signed purchase agreement says otherwise.

Quotations

A quotation is valid for 30 days and is based on the drawing revision stated on it. A revision change after the order is priced as a new request.

Orders

Production starts on written approval of the quotation and the first article report. New programs run on a 50 percent deposit, with the balance before shipment. Established accounts can move to net 30 after three completed orders.

Tolerances and acceptance

Parts are inspected against the drawing and the control plan. Claims for dimensional defects are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with the lot record and the measurement that shows the deviation.

Tooling

Tooling paid for by the customer belongs to the customer and is stored free of charge for two years after the last order. Shipping tooling elsewhere is arranged on request.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected lot. We are not liable for consequential loss, lost production or delays caused by events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes go to arbitration in Shenzhen before any court action.
